A bit tired.

It’s a new world.

I’m not on the road anymore. I’ve got a flat, a job that i like (that’s hopefully stable), things to do after work.

It doesn’t feel transient anymore, but neither does it feel real. Like, i put a lot of work into this, and a year ago I was afraid to dream that I would be here.

I guess stuff is falling into place slowly.

I’m slowly getting used to the new rhythm of life.

It’s the first time in my life that I’ve had a weekend, my previous jobs always being operating in weird timeframes.

As such, I have become an instant believer in a 4 day work week.

At the same time, I dread the weekend more than the week.

I like the things I do.

The feeling that the end goal makes sense, and makes things at least a little bit better on this planet.

That feels warm.

The weekend feels empty, hollowed out by the vastness of possibilities and the pressure to try and squeeze them into such a sliver of time.

And the dread of not doing so.

Sleep is easier.
